There is something special about finding a home that gives you the best of both worlds—space, privacy and beautiful new construction, while still feeling connected to a neighborhood. That is exactly what makes the launch of RiverBrook in Waxhaw, North Carolina so exciting.

I’m thrilled to officially introduce this intimate new community of just 19 estate homesites, featuring thoughtfully designed homes by Deep Roots Group.

More Space. More Privacy. More Possibility.

One of the things that immediately sets RiverBrook apart is the size of the homesites. Lots range from approximately 0.83 to 1.42 acres, providing considerably more space than you typically find in new construction today.

These larger homesites create opportunities for beautiful outdoor living, generous yards and, on select lots, the possibility of adding a pool—all while being part of a thoughtfully planned community.

Four Beautiful Home Designs

RiverBrook will feature four distinctive floor plans, each offering four bedrooms and designed for the way today's buyers actually live:

The Tarleton – approximately 2,810 sq. ft.A beautiful ranch-style option offering comfortable, primarily single-level living.

The Mitchell – approximately 3,231 sq. ft.A spacious and thoughtfully designed plan with an easy flow for everyday living and entertaining.

The Edisto A – approximately 3,302 sq. ft.A beautiful combination of functionality, elevated finishes and flexible living spaces.

The Linville B – approximately 3,487 sq. ft.The largest of the current plans, providing generous living spaces while maintaining a warm, residential feel.

Elevated Features Come Standard

One of my favorite things about RiverBrook is the attention to detail throughout the homes. Buyers can expect features such as 10-foot ceilings, 8-foot doors, wide-plank hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry, quartz or quartzite countertops, sculleries, custom closets and screened porches.

The homes are also designed with quality and efficiency in mind, including tankless water heaters, Low-E windows, energy-efficient HVAC systems, 400-amp electrical service, and brick and fiber-cement exteriors.

Rather than feeling like a typical production-built neighborhood, RiverBrook has been designed to offer a more customized and elevated experience.

Now Selling in Waxhaw

With only 19 homesites, RiverBrook is intentionally small—and that is a huge part of its appeal.

The first homesites have officially been released, with pricing currently beginning around the upper $900s, depending on the homesite, floor plan, selections and upgrades.

For buyers who get involved early, there may also be opportunities to discuss homesite selection, structural options and personalization before construction progresses too far.

Thinking About Building at RiverBrook?

Building a home can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. From selecting the right homesite and floor plan to understanding structural options, financing, design selections and the construction timeline, I can help guide you through each step of the process.

I’m especially excited about RiverBrook because it offers something increasingly difficult to find around Charlotte: new construction, substantial homesites, elevated finishes and a boutique neighborhood feel.

If RiverBrook sounds like it could be the right fit for you, I would love to take you through the community, walk the available homesites and help you compare the different plans.
